At Unity, we believe the most important focus of our ministry to children is to share the gospel. We want children to know that God created each special child in His own image. We work to give them an understanding that Jesus loves them, died for them, and rose again with the power to save them. We teach that believing Jesus and asking forgiveness for sins is the only way to Heaven.

Everything we do is intended to provide opportunities for children to accept Jesus at the earliest age of understanding.

We believe the church is a support, not a substitute, for parents to teach children right from wrong and Bible truth. We seek to help parents in this endeavor in any way possible.

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

Kidsmin Worship is for kids in Elementary Grades 1-5).

Your kids will realize that Unity is dedicated to them having a place to call their own for children's worship, mid-week activities, and special events!

Our Tot Time (2 and 3 year olds) and Kid's Korner (4 and 5 year olds) Ministries provide a special place for preschoolers during every service at Unity.

In Tot Time and Kid's Korner you will discover dedicated and loving teachers using Bible-based, age-appropriate lessons to teach children about God, His love, Jesus, and the Bible. Songs, prayers, games, arts and crafts, and snack time (of course) complete a typical hour in Tot Time and Kid's Korner.

For children under the age of 2, we have 3 nursery classrooms:

The Infant Nursery is for newborn through six months.
At six months, they are promoted to the Crawler Nursery.
At the walking stage, children move up to the Walker Nursery

How should I prepare my kids?

Each Sunday, you will check your child into our Kids Ministry by using a computer or iPad at the Check-In station. A name tag for your child and a matching claim tag for you will be printed. These tags will include your child’s name and any allergy information. After checking in, you’ll walk your child to their designated classroom based on age. At the end of the service, return to the classroom and present your claim tag to the teacher, who will verify the matching code on both tags before releasing your child. This process helps ensure a safe and secure check-in and check-out experience.
